EOBs are statements that list services you received and provide details on total cost of these services versus your out-of-pocket patient responsibility.
eBill allows you to receive, view and pay your monthly premium online. eBill is only available on the full site of Member Dashboard.
By selecting to receive an electronic annual notice of change (ANOC) and evidence of coverage (EOC) you will receive an email notification when a PDF of your new ANOC and EOC are ready for viewing in Member Dashboard. By choosing this option, your ANOC and EOC will be available in Member Dashboard and we will not mail them to you.
Your ANOC identifies changes in your prescription drug coverage plan. Your EOC explains your rights, benefits, and responsibilities and how to obtain services through your Medicare benefits.
